Catalogue and pricing

• Products, variants, prices, volume tiers and rental figures are indicative until approved by Ares Waters.
• Availability, VAT treatment, delivery charges, minimum quantities and any deposit requirements must be confirmed directly before supply.
• Adding an item to the product selection or preparing an enquiry does not create an order or reserve stock.

Delivery and coverage

• The four cities and postcode areas shown are informational while final delivery boundaries and fulfilment rules are prepared.
• Delivery days, lead times, access requirements and empty-bottle collection arrangements are confirmed directly by Ares.

Recurring delivery and cooler rental

• Recurring delivery is a planned Shopify feature. Frequencies, savings, pause or cancellation controls and applicable products are not yet final.
• Cooler models, rental periods, installation, servicing, cancellation, warranty and ownership conditions require final written terms.

Product and environmental information

• Typical mineral values are reproduced from existing Ares materials and must be verified against the current laboratory report.
• Source, bottling, return, sanitisation, refill-count and end-of-life claims require approved supporting evidence before transactional launch.
• Concept photography and provisional packaging are identified on the relevant pages.

Future transactional terms

Before Shopify checkout is activated, Ares will publish approved terms covering ordering, payment, delivery, cancellations, returns, consumer rights, equipment rental and liability. Those final terms will replace this presentation notice.
